I work on Kalpakian’s evolution as a contemporary brand, integrating strategy, content, and performance to bring clarity and cohesion to a broad portfolio through communication that is more curated, commercially effective, and aligned with the brand’s value.

Challenge
To move Kalpakian away from a catalog-driven communication model and consolidate it as a brand capable of expressing spatial comfort, materiality, precision, and well-being across multiple verticals, audiences, and funnel stages.

Approach
I develop a working framework that connects brand strategy, expression system, editorial content, paid campaigns, and ongoing operational learning.

What I do
Define communication territories and criteria.
Conceptualize campaigns for organic social, Meta, and Google Ads.
Develop editorial and commercial content.
Organize messaging by audience, funnel stage, and intent.
Translate technical attributes into spatial, human, and commercial value.
Manage the brand’s editorial presence on Instagram and Facebook.

Results
The communication evolves from isolated product messaging toward a more curated perspective on space and material value. Editorial content helps build desire, legitimacy, and perceived value, while in paid media, video performs well for attention and traffic, and dynamic catalog conversion works as the clearest purchase driver.

Rather than producing isolated pieces, I build a system for thinking about the brand, developing content, and making creative and commercial decisions with greater consistency.
