From Insight to Wellness Community Building. We knew the most loyal clients of Glaciar water suffer hypertension – high blood pressure – and buy Glaciar because of being the lowest sodium water in Argentina, we thought Glaciar had the trust and authority to invite its Facebook Followers to form a Facebook Group where delicious and low sodium food recipes could be shared amongst the community. The Group was a success, reaching 22K members and still being updated by its members.

Product Development through Social Listening. We made clear to Glaciar that their target and core clients wanted not only a bottle of 1.5 Litres but a drum of 6 Litres, which is still being sold.

Being meditation a key exercise to lower hypertension, I came up with one of the first breath-along meditation posts of their kind. Once you meditate, the post becomes a real experience that changes your mood and lowers your blood pressure.
